SECRET GARDEN
1st May 2004 - the Garden of 2020 Homegallery
The Secret Garden is the garden
of the block where 2020 Home Gallery is located. What happened on the
1st of May was meant to be the meeting between some the best graffiti
artists in Bucharest and other creative types. And they were all there:
Think, Neon, Color, Nerv, Pieton, AP, pstar, Andy Sinboy, Ubic but also
people with no big name on the graffiti scene (Maria Popistasu, Dina
Dancu, Souvenir, Maria Draghici, Oly, Nadolu, Ioana, Ami, Rovena, Matei
Branea, Silviu, Andreea din Iasi si Megatron) . The outcome was fantastic,
I don't know how many square meters were painted but more and more people
definitely wanna sit in the garden now. The idea was to transform a
boring garden surrounded by old walls into a Secret Garden in which
graffiti is the surprise element. Here are
some images taken during the day, with people in action.
