2020 objectives

1. 2020 cartel is preparing the territory of Romania in general and of Bucharest in particular for the great cultural revolution in the year 2020.
2. 2020 cartel is preparing the move of the world cultural centers into central and eastern Europe in the year 2020.

2020 Cartel

1. 2020 is a cartel whose members agree with the 2020 objectives and the 2020 manifesto.
2. 2020 is not a person or a group of people, it is a project.
3. 2020 doesn’t have a legal status therefore it can do any kind of activity as long as it is in the spirit of 2020 manifesto.
4. 2020 Cartel is against any kind of conflict with organizations whose objectives are similar to those of 2020.

2020 membership

1. Anybody can become a member of 2020 if they agree with 2020 manifesto and objectives.
2. The members have no obligations but:
3. It would be good if the members of 2020 would talk to others about the objectives or the cartel.
4. Any member can use the name of 2020 for any action which is made in the spirit of 2020 manifesto.
5. Any member can quit 2020 at any time.
